Shipping, Duty and Taxes

Aurum Italian Gold will ship worlwide. Our flat rate shipping fee is €50 (about $75.00 US dollars) for shipments to the United States and €60 for Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Depending on the availability of the merchandise ordered, shipments will take 7-10 business days. Shipping is by UPS or FedEx at our discretion. All duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt of the goods. The shipping fee will only show up in your cart after you have returned from PayPal and picked your payment method.

Returns

Returns and exchanges due to defective or mistaken merchandise: Aurum Italian Gold will gladly refund your purchase price in full or replace the merchandise at our own expense. Please notify us immediately if you receive defective or mistaken merchandise. Returns and exchange requests must take place within 30 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges for other reasons: If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise for reasons other than defective or mistaken items, you may return the merchandise for a refund (within 30 days of delivery with the original shipping label and packing). In the case of a voluntary return of merchandise, the customer will be responsible for all shipping, duty and customs fees.

Refunds
